My girls are looking pretty bad right now. I have 16 chickens and a few are full feathered and the are not. Found no parasites on them . Maybe feather pecking? Need some advice

I have 7x7 coop with a 10x26 run IMG_3022.jpeg

How old are the birds? They look pretty young. I think you have too many birds for your coop space. And if they are not full grown, it is going to be worse as time goes on. What seems like enough space when they are little, rapidly gets too small as they grow.

Could you post some pictures of your run? A lot of people just have empty runs, but I think you do better with a lot of hideouts, roosts, ladders, old chairs, pallets up on blocks, pallets leaned against the wall. This gives birds a chance to get away from each other.

First I would try the pin less peepers, adding clutter to the run and up the protein in your feed, to all flock 20%. If that doesn't help, then I would reduce the flock to about 12 or maybe even 10.

This can get to be a terrible habit that can be hard to stop. You do need to change something.
