no incubator-all natural

I have a hen that has been sitting on 7 eggs for 2 weeks she is in the coop with 13 other hens and 1 roo.
do I need to move them to a place alone? or do i wait until they are hatched? I was thinking that this is just nature but then again none of my chickens had mothers.

I had 4 broodies this season. Mine are all with the flock (I tried seperating and it was a disaster) The only problem I had was having another hen squish in with the broody or push the broody out and try to lay an egg in the clutch.

I currently have a hen with chicks in with the flock. She went broody after I had eggs in the incubator so when they hatched I gave her 5 chicks to take care of and all is well.
