My 4yo orpi was squatting on the ground. I picked her up and she weighs a lot less than a few days ago. She is very lethargic. I found her butt encrusted with something that does not look like poop, but I guess it could be. I cleaned her up but not sure what to do next.
I fed her water, electrolyte mix, a 100 mg dose of amoxicillin +/- as I mixed it quickly. Applied antibiotic ointment to her butt, it is so raw. She looks bad. Not sure what else I can do. Help is appreciated, please.
