No molt

I have two hens that don't seem to be molting. They are the only ones still laying. It's a young flock so this is the first molt for everyone. They have pretty rough looking plumage. Are they just later than everyone or is something amiss?

I’ve had young hens not molt before or lay through molting. They could be having a very gentle molt that is maybe not noticeable. I don’t think there’s anything to worry about

normal, some chickens can go up to 18 months cycles before molting
