No pipping 12hrs after first rocking, normal?

Hello, day 21 of incubating chicken eggs. The 3 live eggs were rocking this morning from 8am, it's now 9pm and they are still rocking now and again but there's been no shell break or pipping. Please tell me that's ok?

It's OK. Sometimes they don't start pipping for 24 hours after the rocking and rolling starts. The most important thing to remember at this point is, do not open the incubator, do not mess with the eggs. I know - it's hard. Just let them hatch and enjoy watching them!

(I have been known to sit up all night just to watch eggs hatch)
