No Pipping

Ok so I had one chick pip around 5 am yesterday morning and it hatched at 5 pm. since then I have been watching really close to see if we have any other pips, and there is nothing. The hatched chick is still in the incubator and I am debating whether or not I should take it out. What is your guys opinion? I can't really tell if the other chicks have internally pipped or not but I don't really want to open the incubator unless I HAVE to, Any help is much appreciated. Thanks for looking!

FYI I put the eggs in on the 30th of december, so yesterday should have been day 21
