No power in legs

There could be various reasons for this, i.e.:

  • Vitamin deficiency
  • worms/parasites
  • viral infections
  • ingestion of toxines
  • mouldy food

so should I deworm ?
I am giving vitamins since a longlong time now to all my chickens as it’s extremely hot in Peshawar, Pakistan-where I live....

Thorough de-worming would be the first thing to do as the vitamins will not work if worms absorb them.
Secondly inspect the chickens and the coop for lice and mites. Bloodsucking mites can transmit diseases and leave a chicken almost bloodless overnight.

My goodness! That’s scary!
lll do that right away! Thank you so much!

Sorry that you have been dealing with issues in your flock. I remember that you had a necropsy on some birds with gumboro or infectious bursal disease in the past. There was a thread with a respiratory disease more recently. And now pox. I don’t know if her lameness could be dehydration, vitamin B2 riboflavin deficiency, or possibly Mareks disease. She will need to be given food and water often, and she may benefit from being propped or sitting in a chicken sling to get her upright.
