No sound when quacking

Our 1 year old, female rouen seems to not have a voice. She moves as if quacking and a very small "whisper" comes out. Is she sick? She is eating, and seems ok otherwise. Any ideas?

are you sure it's a "She"? Sounds like a males raspy voice.

Does she have a curl in 'her' tail? If so, it's a boy!
