Yep, they lay and walk away until they get a whole clutch, with mine its at least 10 eggs laid then they want to sit even if I've gathered the eggs and they don't have anything to sit on. Mine typically go broody after every other clutch. They take a short hiatus between clutches of about 2 weeks or more
