He looks like my OE who grew up to be a big jerk and graduated to rooster fricassee.

I have some eggs in incubator- where he would be the dad... he does have 2 babies that are 7 weeks old.... These eggs are day 2...

One is a double yolk-er can you guess which one? I think the only one not fertile is the dark one...below is the double candled...doubles usually only make it to day 10...but this egg is almost like 2 large ends so maybe... who would not set it?...it is set, and staying set, sorry to those who would not set...not really...

He is my only rooster. (not counting his babies.)
We will wait and see if he gets noisy and I will mention how old he is when he does.

Did he ever get noisy?

He did, not long after my post. He had a son and a daughter. The daughter went to a diff egg farm. I still have the son. His son is about 4 months old. Has not crowed yet, but he is in a pen with older hens. And other roosters his age.
