Nooo these 2 have me confused now 😩

I posted recently about our leghorn Barnevelder cross chicks. they are now 11 weeks old. All this time the indicators have been that they are pullets. And they still have smaller combs and wattles that are still pink except when they were a little flushed here after I let them out for a forage in our lawn. But now their tails have changed and looking more like they are maybe cockerel tails the little one is from a smaller hen so that’s why she is much smaller. None of them play fight. Only their very obvious brother did that and we have rehomed him already. Could they actually just be late bloomer cockerels

Yeah, it hard for me to tell from the pictures or video, but I do think that their faces look pretty red for 11 weeks old.

They are not usually that red though. So will get pictures when they are not so excited and not in the sun soon

Snapped a few. Still flushed but it’s hot here and they often look pinker instead of red until today. Will post a pic of what their brother was like before we rehomed him. Again different hen same roo father.
