Hi

I have 2 Norfolk Black Turkey hens which are now 2 years old. I was wondering if they will still be good to eat or will their meat now be a little too tough for Roast Christmas Dinner.

We did have 6 of these turkeys and gave 4 to family the other year which were really nice, the remaining 2 have continued to stay with us, but not sure what the meat will be like now.

Thanks.

Glad you joined us!

I don't have any experience raising turkeys, so I can't answer your question. I would recommend posting in the Turkeys section of the forums: Turkeys Or, you could try the meat birds section: Meat Birds ETC I'm sure expert members in those areas would be glad to help.
