Normal vent?

I was checking on my chickens this evening and regularly check on this one because she has a tendency to get a dirty bum. As I was taking a video to see if it was time to give her a bum bath (which it is!) I noticed her vent looked a little odd. I’m a new chicken keeper so honestly idk if this is just normal? I have checked vents before and they are usually closed up

The vent is really loose and slightly open. I had a couple of faverolles hens that had that. When they laid eggs they had partial prolapses that went right back in once the eggs came out. So I don’t know why she has this, but keep an eye on her so that the other chickens do not peck at the red mucus membrane or it can get damaged.
