Northeastern Washington?(Info,pics, wanted)

I have my house up for swap, so far I have had two offers. One from Arkansas and though I love the area they mentioned, something wasnt quite right about the deal.

The second offer is for a three acre place about 27 miles from Colville,Washington.
What do people who know this area have to say about it????

I will have to look up the e-mail again but I think the closest town is something like "Northport"? From what I have heard from her, the place is REALLY in the country.

Looks like about 25 miles from me as the crow flies....maybe a couple hours by car.

Teri, I had to laugh when you said "a couple hours by car"....its the same around here, we have a town just across the river from us, but to get there is quite an ordeal.
