Northern California new chicken family

Hi All - We have 11 new chickens, about 6 weeks old. We hatched these from 5 different egg types and will be real curious to know the breeds and sex! when they get older. We definitely have 1-2 roosters. We are inheriting a coop and building a very strong chicken run because we have every imaginable predator, including weasel. I’m very interested in incorporating a compost system into our design, hoping to get the chickens to help turn the pile!

We are loving our bird friends, excited to start dialing in their permanent home.
