I'm new... looking to understand my chickens more. I have 2 sebrights that are about 3 months old and they are very aggressive with my 1 month old babies. Any insight?
Are there any good things to keep my free range chickens close to home?

Hi and welcome to BYC.

It's best to keep them separated, but yet able to see each other 24/7. I used a wire dog kennel to keep my chicks separated. I switched the two small flocks in the kennel, so both sets of chicks had coop and kennel time. Some people section off a part of their coop. It can take 3 weeks or longer to integrate. It's also best to integrate when all the chicks are the same size, which is roughly 12 weeks old. Don't give up, they will eventually get along.
