Northwest Phoenix

Hi, I live in northwest Phoenix. I have had my chickens for almost two years. I assumed all five were hens even though one never laid eggs. Now, almost two years old, the one who doesn't lay, has suddenly started crowing every morning.

I am looking for someone outside the city, or in an area of Phoenix that is zoned for Roos to take her/him. I will be fined by the city if I keep her/him. I would be willing to drive up to two hours to place her with someone.
