Not a good mothers day, another one passed away

Not a good mothers day... not only did one of my babies pass away on Friday night, but tonight the one that was having eating and drinking issues passed away. We had spent over an hour trying to make it eat and drink, and no luck. Had been crying out for a few days now...

And my little Happy Feet passed away...

Not a good weekend for me with my baby chickens... Looks like the second batch of chickens were not too healthy from the beginning.

What a beautiful chick. It does look exactly like Happy Feet. So sorry for your loss. Being mothers we get to soar to the heights of happiness in the love and care we give, but it makes us vulnerable to the depths of sadness with loss. I hope you start to feel better and wish you luck with the rest of your little chicks. Have a blessed Mother's day.
