NOT a rhode island red hen

I got this guy from somebody who ordered rhode island red hens, obviously he is neither I can't find any pics online that really look like him so what is he?

Yay! He does look like a red sex link rooster, but how in the name of pete do you confuse a little yellow chick with a red chick? I was looking for yellow roosters that start as red chicks because I assumed thats what happened, although I never thought to ask his original people. I know hybrids dont breed true but anybody know what I will get if I let my rhode island red hen raise a clutch with him?

Since he is half red bird himself, you'd get fine enough birds. Or, at 8-9 lbs, he'll make dandy soup too.
