Not a single egg since September.

I got rid of my two roo's back in September and have not since received an egg from any of my 14 ladies. I feed them layer crumbles from Rural King...should I add some oyster shell? They have a heat lamp on 24 hours a day. Oh, and my araucanas have NEVER produced an egg - they're about 10 months old.
