Not an emergency but.. is it okay if the wind is so strong (like right now) it blows the chickens everywhere? (up in the air, in the fencing, etc..)

It should be fine. My silkie bantams survive that kind of wind every spring. If you would feel safer you can keep them in the coop. They most likely don’t really want to be out in the wind and would rather stay in their coop anyways, so it really does just depend on what you want to do. The only thing is if there is a tornado warning around I would definitely keep them in their coop.
