not eating their feed

So about 1/3 cup per hen per day? Plus greens and veggies? I don't think that sounds like too little, personally. Are they laying, are they active, do they appear well? If yes to those, I'd just let it go. I think a LOT of the crumbles get wasted, I know I have to not feed my girls at least one day a week to get them to clean up what's on the ground.

But, if you're really concerned, why not change them back to crumbles?

Yep, about 1/3 cup per bird per day. Plus they get some veggies and/or a half bucket of fresh picked grass. They are still laying pretty well. They are active. They seam well other than their molting right now and they still have bare spots from rooster damage but that seams to be improving slowly too.

They did waste a lot of crumbles but not as many as the pellets i'm finding on the floor of the coop. We're discussing what to do with them but are thinking we might go to a crumble feed again.
