Not getting up or moving!

Hi my chick is just laying in the incubator, she hatched like 2 mins ago, she is just laying on her side, only just breathing. Help!
P.S I'm only twelve, so in your explanations plz don't use super long words!

Good news.

Just for further reference, chicks are very tired when they first hatch. It may be a few minutes to an hour before they start moving around a lot--but once they do, they're really active!
