not laying because a hawk

my adult flock are not laying because a hawk has just killed a bird. (there also molting) should I be worried

They aren't laying because they're molting and its winter. It normal.

Agreed chickens won’t lay if they are molting and it’s that time of year where anything 2+ years old usually slows down or stops laying completely until spring.
