not laying in the box

I have a new Java hen who is laying out on the ground in the run. My three other older hens lay in one of two boxes upstairs in the coop. How do I make Emmie (my Java) get the idea to lay there as well?

You might leave a wooden egg or two in each nest box to help her figure things out. Also, she may be a bit intimidated by the older girls, but I'm sure she will eventually catch on.

The good news is that she is laying!
