Not laying,Possibly molting?

My hens are missing feathers and I think their molting.A few hens are laying like 3 out of about 21 hens.Any advice or if its true molting?I'll post pictures!

When they molt do they not lay?

Some will lay right through their molt and others will quit for months. You didn't list where you're from, but mine usually molt in the fall. If it looks like there was a serious pillow fight in your coop and run, then I'd assume they're molting. You could up their protein to help them through it faster. If there aren't a bunch of feathers laying around (though some molt harder than others) you might have something else going on- like a feather picker or mites causing feather loss.
Anyway, good luck! It stinks when you're feeding them and not getting any eggs, but that's part of the deal!
