Not laying yet

:welcome
What breeds are your pullets? 18 weeks is the minimum for productive breeds to start laying. Many don't start laying until 20-28 weeks. Also, where in the world are you located? If you are in the northern hemisphere, decreasing daylight hours will mean less eggs. It's also possible your birds are going through a molt.

I'm not surprised they haven't started laying yet then. I read Isa Browns start around 6 months. You'll know they're close when their combs get bright red and they start checking out the nest boxes more. Depending on your location, the shortened days may also play a factor on a delay.

Yes I noticed that some of the combs are becoming so reddish..Was just thinking they would drop on the 18th week..Not really in a rush..This is actually my first time so I'm just been so curious..Have about 400 of them.

Mine are almost 22 weeks and not laying yet either. 18 weeks is really early for most breeds to start laying. And in the northern hemisphere the days are getting shorter which can also cause them to not lay.
