I'm not a newbie, but close. I have chickens since 2017. I thought 8 little peeps would be just great. I named them the Ladies-Eight. Joined BYC in 2018, where I have gotten some very good feed back with my problems. In 2019 I decided I needed some ore chickens and bought 12. All of my chickens are Isa Browns, I think they are known as red-sex link (please correct this someone if it is not right). I am married to an awesome husband who brings me a cup of tea every morning. We have a daughter, son-in-law, two granddaughters, and two full grown female dachshunds (a chocolate and a black and tan). I have multiple hobbies that include coloring, cross stitching, working jigsaw puzzles, crossword puzzles, and crafting. I love to cook!!! I enjoy raising my chickens as they love unconditionally.
