I was told this turkey doesn't have splay leg, but some other unknown condition. Wanted to field potential options here for treatment. Its like she's knock kneed. According to prior caretakers, she used to walk with a limp but she's gotten too heavy to do anything but drag herself around. What therapy/nutritional supplements can I give her to at least regain some use of her legs?

I'm not an expert on leg issues, but that looks like a leg bone deformity called valgus deformity. Valgus causes the knock-kneed deformity, while varus deformity causes a bow-legged appearance. It can result from heredity or from a mineral deficiency in the parent stock. I would start some poultry vitamins with minerals in the food or water in case you can prevent further damage, but there is no other treatment. Rooster Booster Poultry Booster, Poultry Nutri-Drench, and Poultry Cell are some varieties with minerals. Here are some links to read about these deformities:

I've got rooster booster for the chickens, and I'll start putting it in her feed too. They also had her on chicken feed, which didn't meet the target protein content for turkeys. Picked up some game bird feed today with a 28% protein content. Hopefully we can get her stronger even if we can't fix the entire issue. Thanks for the links!
