Not sure if its a rooster or hen

Hi, I am new here and to raising chickens. We have started with 8 chickens, we have 4 White Leghorns, 2 Light Brahma and these 2 black ones (pictured) we are not sure what they are and if the one is a rooster or not. Can anyone help me with which breed they might be and how to tell if the one is a rooster (orange markings)

The chick in photo 3 is probably not a rooster, although it will take a few more weeks to be completely sure. I'm basing this mostly on the light brown feathers on the breast, when the rest of the chick is darker with multicolored patterning: that's common in females, but males usually grow black feathers there.
