Not sure what is going on with this Chicken

This is the only chicken that has this going on, can anyone tell us what is going on with her. Is she molting?

Those are new feathers growing in.

I did figure that they were new feathers growing in but I guess we didn't realize what was causing her to loose them.

does she mate with a roo? that would rip out feathers. If not, just molting

Thanks for the info I still feel really dumb about things in the chicken world even though we have had them for 2 years. New things keep popping up for us. She is 2 years old and we have never seen this before.
