Not sure what is wrong

We had a peep hatch on Sunday night. We moved it into the brooder at that time. We found our older peeps were picking on it so we placed it in a tub in the brooder. I found my cat trying to get the peep.
After inspecting the peep I noticed it was bleeding from the wing area. Since then it continues to fall over in its side and we spend all day standing it up. Other than falling over it seems to be healthy. It just almost reminds you of a drunk kinda stumbles and then falls.
Is there something I should be doing to help this poor peep stay up right?

After research today and looking closer we think the poor peep has a broken wing. Any ideas how to splint it ?

Chicks are easy to lose to stuff like that. One falls, the others pick on it. I've had this happen. What I did for the falling over and acting "drunk" was give them a teaspoon of sugar in their water for a few days, and a lot of the time they will perk right up. Not sure what to do about the broken wing though.
