Both of my bucks are not showing any intrest in any my does

some of the does are ready and still nothing........one doe actually fights with the buck I was trying to breed her to

How long have they been together? Rabbits are known to be VERY difficult to bond. It is VERY difficult to bond rabbits, I think they would probably have had to have grown up together (and even then it's hard) or already be buddies. It can be very hard. My house rabbit is very good. www.myhouserabbit.com/ as is the house rabbit society. http://www.rabbit.org/ The humane society also has good info on rabbits.

pet website is also pretty good.

Fuzzy Rabbit is also very good.

just google "rabbits" or "rabbit care" or something.

good luck.

Bond? They don't bond. To breed rabbits put doe in buck's pen. Buck should breed doe. Do not leave them together. They can fight and hurt each other. If doe refuses buck, try again tomorrow. Examine the doe's vulva. If it is pink and moist she should accept the buck. If it is dry and pale, try again in a day or two. If the buck not interested he may be too young or too fat.

Wait until the weater cools down. Some bucks also go through a temperary period during the summer when they are sterile. Hopefully you will have better luck this fall.
