Not sure whats going on :(

Hey everyone! its been a while since I've written anything on here but my chicken is worrying me and I dont know, I get paranoid and I worry a lot if her behavior changes or something, So I wanted to check with everyone to see if I should be worried or if shes fine or needs something.

I think just yesterday and today I noticed that Chip (my hen) seems to want to lay down and sleep a lot. She usually lays down and sleeps sometimes, but this time its more frequent, like shes sleepy or low on energy?? Like she'll get up sometimes but will lie back down and sleep. Yesterday she was more active, but today shes just being weird and slow? Quiet too, And chip isnt known for being quiet.

Another thing also is that she doesnt wanna eat or drink? I tried to get her to drink some water but she didnt want to, and for her food she usually loves to eat, but she barely has touched her food. She pecks at it a little but doesnt actually eat much. I'll try again later today to get her to eat and drink a little. Its only today that shes done that, Yesterday she was eating normally. Her movements are slow I would say too? I feel like shes low on energy or something. Should I be worried? Is something wrong or does she just need some rest?

Also another thing I noticed is that she'll open her mouth a little when she gets up sometimes. She closes it back up but sometimes she'll do that. Another thing is that shes molting.. I wanted to add these in just in case.

Does she need something or am I overreacting?? I just get really worried sometimes, I would really appreciate some help. Thank you.

How old is your hen and when did she last lay an egg?

Has she ever had problems with soft shelled or deformed eggs?

When did you last deworm using what for how many days?

Did you already check her and the coop for blood sucking poultry mites?

Did you check her butt, is it clean or does she have a dirty behind?

Does she always have free access to crushed oyster shell and granite grit?

How is her crop, does it empty properly over night?

Yes, this. Check at night before roosting, how does it feel? Is it full? Doughy, gritty, squishy like a water balloon? Smell her mouth. How does it smell?

Check crop again in the morning, before she has a chance to eat or drink (remove food and water at night so she can't get any before you get out to check on her). Did it empty overnight?

Hi, Im not sure how old she is, Shes rescued. But ive had her since last august.

Shes never had any problems with soft or deformed eggs

Ive never dewormed her, Im still quite new to having chickens so im not sure of everything I should do. Im not sure what products are good for that too.

Shes an indoor chicken, so no mites, but I do take her outside.

Her butt is clean.

I dont give her that stuff, but I do give her crushed egg shells, Should I start giving her other things?

Im pretty sure it empties everynight.

Do you have any ideas as to whats going on with her?

I havent done this, Should I do it tonight? And I smelled her mouth and it smelled normal to me? Im not sure. Is there a smell im supposed to be looking for? Shes my first chicken ever so Im not sure

Yes shes my only chicken, and she eats purina grain Im pretty sure. My dad buys it for me.
