We can't figure out what is wrong with our chicken, hoping someone can help.

She is a 3 year old Buff Orpington (she may be a mix.)

She has lost a lot of weight and is very light. She also lost color in her comb and her comb is flopped over.
We have isolated her after noticing and she is eating and drinking. Her comb has gained color as a result but is still flopped over.
She is able to stand and still prefers to stand. However, she doesn't perch, run, or jump at all. She doesn't stand up if she falls down. She tries a little but not very much, and can't get her feet under her.
She has no limp or visible wounds.
She is still responsive to her enviornment like other chickens and us. She does have poop stuck to her tail feathers but her poop seems normal from what we can tell.
It is pretty hot here, but they obviously have access to water and shade.
Hoping someone may have an idea as her symptoms haven't quite matched up with what we've read online. Our guesses were not getting enough recources due to other chickens/possible bullying (haven't seen any though) or heat exaustion, but this whole falling and not standing is new after she has been getting seperate food and water.
Thank you!

Is she eating and drinking normally? How long ago did you start feeding her separately? Is her crop functioning normally? Check it first thing in the morning to see if it's empty or full then, before she has access to food or water. It should be empty then, and most birds will have food in their crop when they go to roost at night.
Do you know when she last laid normally? Any history of laying difficulties or abnormal eggs? Feel her abdomen, between the legs, below the vent, is there any bloat, either very firm or water balloon like?
