I am deworming my 40 Chickens and have to clean out their coop and the run. I was wondering if I could add the bedding that probably has roundworm larvae in it to my compost?

Yes, you can. A properly composting pile is hot and will kill off any eggs. The dead worms will just compost along with the poop.

I don't think I would risk it, unless you're diligent about managing your compost pile and sure it's "properly composting". But, I'm a pretty lazy composter!

If it's HOT compost that consistently reaches temperatures high enough to kill the eggs, yes.

If not, bag it and dispose of it in the trash.
