not yet, im thinking either my rooster decided to do that to the pullet or it was some fencing somewhere in the coop, my rooster is a gentle giant and the worst ive ever seen him do to another hen besides mate with ehr is raise his hackle feathers to intimidate her, ive never seen him bite or bully a hen everIsolate her from the other birds as they will peck at the wound. Clean it as best you can. It's hard to tell in the picture how deep the wound is but it appears to be no deeper than the subcutaneous tissue.
If the bleeding has stopped (which it appears to have) then it shouldn't require stitches).
Trying to keep the wound clean and intact will be the priority.
