Day 29 of incubating white chukars we decided to crack some open and see what went wrong. One of them was moving! It had no internal or external pip. We removed most of the shell at the air cell, but didn't damage the membrane below. Does this little guy have a chance? What should I do to keep it alive?

This is my first time incubating, but my fiance has done it in the past. We had some incubation issues (temp got low) but we had two hatch, and figured the rest were goners. We candled them, saw no movement so we went ahead and cracked through the air cell of many of them. Not sure how we didn't notice movement when candling, but it's alive. When we saw this we put it right back in the incubator and added a damp paper towel to up the humidity.

I'm not sure what I should be doing! Some advice would be really helpful! Should I be wetting the membrane to keep it from drying up? And should I put some antibiotics on it to prevent infection? How often would I need to do these?
