Here is my coop. Mind you I have no build experience, I just have been lookin at all of yours for guidance.
I have a question bout what to do next with the plywood. Do I but the whole piece on and cut out where I need or cut it into pieces and build around the openings?

As you see, my sides are larger cause I was working in the morning an forgot to subtract..Its ok cause I need to build up the front a little so my roof will slant..( any input on how to do this would be most welcomed.)
