can not jump to the roost with the others,so she stays below,she is also disoriented when i went to pick her up she tryed to run away that's when i noticed

i just noticed tonight,but the same happened to a roomate so now i got them both inside the house

i have no clue,i got a total of 24 orps that i got from mcmurray,half in one pen half in the other, they all free range daily but i only have that problem with pen #2
6) What has the bird been eating and drinking, if at all.
i was not here all day but they got water,and layena crumbles
7) How does the poop look? Normal? Bloody? Runny? etc.
just checked and it is normal
8) What has been the treatment you have administered so far?

9 ) What is your intent as far as treatment? For example, do you want to treat completely yourself, or do you need help in stabilizing the bird til you can get to a vet?
do it my self,but if another hen from the same pen turns up like these two i'm taking one to the vet

they live in a 12 by 12 pen with sand floor and it get's cleaned every day.
