Have been looking for information on how/where to sign up for NPIP in Alabama. In searching I found a brochure which lists http://www.aphis.usda.gov/vs/npip as contact, which comes up error 404 not found. I couldn't find much on aphis other than it's administered by states; found another forum that says it's $9 to sign up...but nothing for fact. For supposedly a big poultry state it's very frustrating getting answers (runaround between agencies for a month to find out for fact requirements to sell eggs - so tough to get info). I see others with NPIP in the south - so maybe there's someone who knows. :-/
