Is there a sticky on the forum or can someone recomend a site that I can learn about NPIP and testing for New Hampshire? Also is there a site or forum that can tell me more about what qualities "show quality" birds have?

You need to call your state vet to see about NPIP for your state or Google and see if they have a web site.

As for show quality, find a copy of The Standard of Perfection. That tells you excatly what every bird show look like for show. Also, most breeds have official sites with the standards on them. What breeds are you looking for?
