Hey all! I recently purchased a Nurture Right 360 from my local TSC. After buying it and already firing it up, I realized I bought the “older” model without the design flaws fixed - a smaller fan cover and a cover for the digital readout. I’m trying to find contact information for the manufacturer, Harris Farms LLC, but I’m not having any luck...I tried emailing them from an email I copied from these forums, but it sent back a message failure. Does anyone have the correct email or a phone number to contact them? I should’ve done more extensive research before buying this:idunno , and right now I have 12 eggs in there on day 7 - all fertilized and doing great so far. I’d like the issue taken care of before lockdown. Has anyone made their own parts to put on? I’m sure I could easily make one for the fan cover but the digital readout, I’m unsure of. Thanks!

This contact information is from their website.

Communicating with Johnny at Manna Pro is useless. Wrote him once about finding out about whether the older model of the Nurture 360 I purchased at TRactor Supply needed the retrofits for the fan housing and the humidistat. He did get back to me after a couple days asking for a pic of the inside of the top. I had started a hatch so I wrote and told him I would send one later along with the information that the unit had started showing an EE error on the humidity reading whenever it went over 50%. Never heard back. Called (got voice mail) and left a message a few days later. Still no answer.
Called again today and hit 0 and was transferred to a lady in Corporate (again a voice mail) who said they were all working from home and someone would return the call. Hey, I and my fellow employees where I work are working from home and we still return calls in a matter of a couple hours, not days or weeks.
I know these are very popular units and everyone (pretty much) raves about them but I hope they never have any issues because Manna Pro's response to customer's complaints is nonexistent. Hope someone from there follows these threads.

Off to send yet another email to Manna Pro. Stay safe and healthy.

Madpolak,

When did you purchase your unit? I was going to also purchase one from TS and was wondering if I should open it before purchasing to see if the fan guard is present.

Sorry, just saw this. I bought it about a month ago now. They are in very short supply right now so if you find one you are blessed.
The older models have like 6 square holes that go up into the fan housing. Pretty obvious that a chick will be able to get their beaks up in there. Newer models have smaller squares and more of them. I think the housing may be a bit taller also.

Update on my unit. Finally rec'd an email and phone call from Johnny at MannaPro last week. He is sending a new humidity sensor for me to install.

I just bought this same model. Hatched 9 chicks. Then an egg made a small explosion and made a mess of the cover, so I took it off only long enough to wipe the inside cover clean with a damp cloth, dry it with a dry soft cloth and now I've got the EE reading on the humidity reading. I did a reset and just figured I keep count of the days on my calendar.

I just found this thread on the incubator looking for a contact number. I'm going to go search YouTube to see it anyone has info on how to do a hard reset to factory data. I'll post the link here if I do.

Going to follow this thread to see if anyone has any luck with this problem.
