God she was so LOUD and a piece of work. Nothing was her fault (when it all was) and you could hear her just crab and moan all the time about everyone... THRU the WALLS ! Yeah that loud. Had 2-10 y/o boys that shook the house. She lost custody after 5 months last Dec. with good reason.Bummer part is that now I have to wait and see who moves in

you would think no one was home here.Not one tenant that was in there ever took care of their yard (except the landlord that was here for a while). Wish the couple that were there when I moved in 6 years ago would move back in. But they live 2 houses over now. There has been 4 tenants since I lived here. 1st mid aged couple quieter then me and were there for 4 months when the new landlord moved in. 2nd LL & wife, barely heard them either for 2-3 years. 3rd a younger couple for a year, were not bad but the bass on the TV was starting to get louder .... then this woman

. I don't need to be buddy with them, don't want that anyway. Just want someone that respects where they live and who lives on the other side of them !!Is that too much to ask for ?
I know, I am dreamingP.s., Did I mention that these are the kid/mother that were throwing glass/nails/rocks and shooting Be Bees at my hens and koi fish ? now you know what I am happy they are gone
