Nutrena Nature Wise Chick Starter/Grower

When I bought my chicks, I asked the guy for a bag of medicated feed, he brought me out the Nutrena.

It doesnt say anything on the package about being medicated, is it?

I want to start bringing my chicks outside this weekend and thought a litlle xtra protection would be good, but now I dont think Im protected at all . . .

I use this feed and yes, it is medicated with Amprolium.

They may have a medicated and a non-medicated version of the same feed..

If it does not say Medicated on the bag or the feed tag then it isn't medicated...
By law if it is medicated they have to have medicated and what it is medicated with on the bag or tag and I believe that is should have a Red feed tag..........
