I have three different stags/cocks from different breeders. I also have several pullets / hens of each breeder. Some of these eggs come from breeding within the original lines some are crosses. These are lg gentle with people birds but are game, so no adult males can be kept together. They are slow to mature but if they are game sooner or later the males won’t tolerate other males. These are proven breeding as I have chicks and sub adults out of each.

O-Shamos are a size of Shamo. They're like the "x-large" version of them.

There are also Ko Shamos too, which are similar to bantam Shamos, yet also different.

btw, beautiful barred one!

What hens/pullets are laying the eggs for auction?

Hey Illia, thank you for the compliment on the fowl always so nice. At this time I am looking to work with the lines not giving color much weight when it comes to breeding plans, but knowing you are a genetics wizard (secretly admire your knowledge of the chicken color genome) I look forward to your assessment. Let’s for sake of identification say that I have 3 lines (separate sources for birds). We could call them W, C and DC.

Pen 1

Barred Cock ( C ) , over blk hen and barred hen both ( C )

Pen 2

Blk Cock ( W ), over two blk hens both ( W )

Pen 3

Pyle Stag (DC), over barred hen ( C )

Pen 4

BBR? hen ( C ) and pullet not sure color will send you a pic but she is ( DC ). In this pen I have been rotating the cocks to see what kind of combinations I get. Have and will cull heavily for attitude.

Well thanks

And yes, as much as I often love chicken color genetics, in Shamos it is mainly about the body. . . I need pics
