Can someone tell me what is wrong with this egg? Should I be worried?

If it’s just a one time occurrence, then not to worry. I’ve had eggs like that and the hens went back to normal eggs. You could put the picture in the Weird Wonky Egg thread here:

Thank You. This is the first one I have seen.
 
That may be all it was. I have seen infectious bronchitis in my flock once. It spread through many chickens, and they sneezed every few minutes throughout the day. It lasts in each chicken for about a month. Your chicken may have just had this type of egg once.

Ok Great. TY I went to my run after reading this and none of my chickens were sneezing, not even the one from yesterday. I checked them (11 in all) and none had runny noses. They are just getting over an infestation of worms that I didn't know they had. I treated them for 5 weeks once a week alternating Safeguard and ivermectin. They are all really healthy now as far as I know. Thanks for answering
