Odd eye colouration?

Have a mixed breed from two of my chickens and she has an odd coloured eye... Now I should mention that I hatched her and gave her and her siblings to a friend, but when her mom died recently of unknown causes I bought her back so no clue if this is how her eyes have always been but she's about 5months old.

Yarg, phone isn't letting me add pictures, will get on a computer shortly but basically the top half of one iris is orange and the bottom is black?

There are some conditions that can affect eye color, especially the eye form of Mareks disease. The colored iris may become gray or the pupil can become pinpoint or odd shaped. If the pupil becomes cloudy, the chicken may have a cataract which can result from infection, vitamin deficiency, or injuries.
