Odd feathers on buff orp pullet

This buff orp chick seems to have extremely odd feathers. It’s almost as if they are growing the wrong way. She and her siblings are going to be sold but she looks quite different from the others so…. Thoughts?

Such a cutie! Almost looks subtly frizzled. I bet whoever buys her will buy her for because of her unique look.
