Odd smelling poo - sign of problem?

BSL week old has the worst smelling poo ever. It is not formed and smells nothing like the other chicken's poo. The Orp also has loose poo, but not that stinky. The little runty BSL has perfect little rolls. Should I be concerned or need to supplement chick starter with something?
I offered FF but they weren't interested. I've heard a lot about yogurt - maybe that would help?

Make sure they are drinking. If you don't see them drinking then dip their beaks in the water. The poop should have a white cap. (But, it's fine if your chicks' poops happen once or twice.)

Thanks for the link - good to know what really bad poo looks like! I think you are right about the drinking. It was so hot the last couple days and there were a couple times when I refilled or just reminded them where the water was and they were pretty thirsty. Thanks again for the info!
